Constructing God 5

Building up God (the cosmic taffy) is much more fun than breaking it down. Our mind does it naturally, so naturally that we don’t really understand what it is doing, because we probably never bother to stop and figure it out because when it comes to building God up, we are strong.

We took God apart and came up with actions, objects, and aspects (close enough), but how do we take aspects, objects, and actions and put them together to make . . . the world? Easy: we put them together. There are 9 permutations.

action action, action object, action aspect
object action, object object, object aspect
aspect action, aspect object, aspect aspect

An action action, it sounds weird, but look at these grammatical constructions: He is swimming., He tries to stop., He learns fencing, etc.
In each sentence, there is the object “he” and two successive actions.

An action object: running shoe, dying man, flow chart, burned house, etc.

An action aspect: fed a group of people, ran a specific distance, became better than he was, changed how he looked at the world, etc.
Importantly, the aspect part is represented by a combination of words because our language doesn’t currently have a systematic way of communicating aspect, but clearly, “a group of people” could easily be “the Hendersons”, “Americans”, “characters in a play”, and so illustrates what an aspect really is, a way of looking at things.”The Hendersons”, “Americans”, and “characters in a play” could all refer to the exact same group, just looked at in a different way.

An object action: The water spilled., A word means “dog”., Balls roll., etc.

An object object: dust mop, fur ball, pair (literally), etc.

An object aspect: chimpanzee heirarchy, human perspective, book collection, etc.
Again, aspect can be difficult to nail down. Heirarchies, perspectives, collections are not actions, persons, places, or things. They are arrangements.

An aspect action: always cry, strategic strike, in the hope of leaving, with respect to writing, etc.

An aspect object: biological organism, malignant tumor, brown rabbit, etc.

An aspect aspect: scientific philosophy, quickly at, in his experience baseball games, darker inclination, abstract abstraction, etc.

It is even easier to understand if we clarify the relationship between, say, an action and an action or an aspect and an object, etc. It also can help to use different words in place of action, object, and aspect, such as change, unit, and type, for instance:

change of change, change of unit, change of type
unit of change, unit of unit, unit of type
type of change, type of unit, type of type

Or, how about event, thing, and kind:

event in event, event in thing, event in kind
thing in event, thing in thing, thing in kind
kind in event, kind in thing, kind in kind

pattern for pattern, pattern for element, pattern for aspect
element for pattern, element for element, element for aspect
aspect for pattern, aspect for element, aspect for aspect

There are many different ways to re-arrange the concepts and juxtapose them to illuminate different, precise meanings. Unfortunately, we don’t quite have all the building blocks, yet. The cosmic taffy (God) has some other twists and turns we haven’t yet discovered.
